1. Data we collect

We collect contact information that individuals voluntarily provide when they express interest in our products or services, including: name, email address, phone number, and the campaign or form they responded to.

2. Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads

When a person submits one of our Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads forms, we use the Meta Graph API and the leads_retrieval permission to retrieve the lead information from our own Pages only. This data is imported into our internal CRM so our sales team can follow up with the person who requested contact. We do not access leads from Pages we do not own or manage.

3. How we use the data

Personal data is used solely to: (a) contact the individual who requested information, (b) send relevant offers they asked for, and (c) manage our sales pipeline and follow-up. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored securely in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level access controls, accessible only to authorized members of our team. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

5. Data retention

We retain contact data only as long as necessary for the relationship or as required by law. Individuals may request deletion at any time (see section 7).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at vksalesteam@gmail.com.

7. Data deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email vksalesteam@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion” and the email or phone number you provided. We will delete your data from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email.
